Henryetta resident Randy Paul Ingram, passed away at his home on Monday, August 1, 2016 at the age of 63.   A memorial service for Randy will be held on Friday, August 5, 2016 at 2:00pm at Integrity Chapel.  Services are under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service of Henryetta.

Billy T Armstrong obit

Billy T Armstrong, a resident of Checotah, passed away on Friday, February 29, 2016 in Tulsa at the age of 75. Billy was born on February 28, 1941 in Vaiden, MIssissippi to Warren Milford Armstrong and Johnnie Mae Downs Armstrong. Billy grew up in MIssissippi and attended school there.

Billy moved to Oklahoma in 1976 and began working at Midland Glass Company. He later worked for Anchor Glass in Henryetta until his retirement in 2002. He was active in his local union, GND local 48 throughout his career. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Checotah.
Billy married the love of his life, Doris Jean Fraser on April 4, 1980 in Henryetta, Oklahoma. He was a loving son, brother, husband, father and grandfather and he will be missed by the many people who knew and loved him.

HIs is preceded in death by his mother and father.

Billy is survived by his wife, Doris Armstrong of the home in Checotah; by two sisters, Gloria Jean Crawford and husband Wayne of Dustin and Effie Adella Seward and husband Steven of Jackson, Mississippi; a son, Anthony "Tony" Dunn and wife Kristi of Henryetta; a daughter, Tammy Harmon of Dustin; 6 grandchildren, Chad Dunn of Oklahoma City, Zack Dunn of Henryetta, Tyler Dunn of Henryetta, Dylan Harmon of Henryetta, Logan Harmon of Dustin, and Josh Harmon of Dustin; very special great grandchildren, Lexi and Liam Harmon; a nephew, Colton Crawford of Dustin; and a niece and best friend, Shawn Howell and husband Micky of Morris, OK; by other extended family and many good friends.

Following cremation, a memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service of Henryetta.

Cleva Jean Lois Tipton

Cleva Jean Lois Tipton, a longtime resident of Henryetta passed away Tuesday, August 9th, 2016 in Henryetta at the age of 86. She was born July 17, 1930 in Boynton, Oklahoma to Clifford Sterling Tennison & Mittie Lois (Justus) Tennison. She married William Ray Tipton June 18, 1948.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Ray Tipton, June 28, 2016, also by a daughter, DeWanda Tipton Bond, & one brother Sterling Tennison.

Cleva is a graduate of Henryetta High School Class of 1948. She and Ray had the Calvary Faith Temple in Henryetta for many years and after its closing began attending the Northside Worship Center. The love of her life was the Lord and her family. She loved cooking and being grandma to her grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.

She is survived by one son, Terry Tipton & wife Linda of Broken Arrow;
One daughter, Rene Sturman & husband Bill of Henryetta;
Twelve grandchildren;
Twenty seven great grandchildren;
Six great-great grandchildren;
As well as a host of friends and other relatives.

Viewing will be from 6 - 8pm Wednesday, and 8am - 8pm Thursday at Integrity Funeral Service.

Pallbearers will be, Travis Tipton, Glen Sturman, Dustin Blackwell, Brandon Blackwell, Jess Hale & David Ramby. Honorary pallbearers will be, Kody Putman, Tuff Putman, Dakota Wilbourn, Wyatt Wilbourn, A. J. Welch, Nathan Welch, John Adams, Bo Adams, Adam Minihan, Kolby Adams, J. T. Cheatham & Christian Estrada.

A funeral service is scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Friday, August 12, 2016 at Integrity Chapel with Rev. Will Gordon officiating. Interment will follow in Westlawn Cemetery under direction of Integrity Funeral Service'.

Ann Wise Eldridge obituary

Ann Wise Eldridge was born on Feb 10, 1935 in Tulsa, OK to Frank and Kathleen Wilson. She was surrounded by family as she went to be with her Lord on July 24, 2016 in Tulsa, OK. 
Ann grew up in Okmulgee, OK, graduated from Okmulgee High School in 1953, then attended the University of Oklahoma where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Education in 1957. She was proud to be a Sooner and the 1st in her family to earn a college degree. While at OU, she was a member of Pi Beta Phi Sorority where she served as the chapter Corresponding Secretary and earned the ABO Award for Outstanding Senior. This award honors one Pi Phi Senior from all of the national collegiate chapters who best exemplifies Pi Beta Phi's qualities of excellent scholarship and outstanding campus participation and community leadership during her collegiate career. She was also a member of Alpha Lambda Delta- Freshman Honor Society (top 20%) and Pi Omega Pi National Business Education Teacher Honor Society.
She married Jim Bill Wise in August of 1957 and they made their home in Okmulgee. She taught Business Principles at OSU Tech for 10 years, and from 1979-1988 was a partner in D'nita ladies' specialty shop with her sister-in-law, Dindy Foster. She was a charter member of the Okmulgee PEO-Chapter ER where she served as past President and was a delegate to the International Convention. For many years, she was a faithful member of the First Baptist Church Okmulgee where she served on many committees and formerly served as nursery coordinator and worked with the youth group. She was a member of the Retail Merchants Board of Directors- President 1988, the Okmulgee Hospital Board of Directors 1980-86, the OK Foundation for Excellence Board of Directors- appointed by then Senator David Boren 1986-1991, the Red Cross Board of Directors-Treasurer, the Arts Council of Oklahoma, and the Okmulgee Baptist Village Advisory Committee 1988-89 (Secretary '89), 1991-94.

After Jim Bill's death, Ann married Dr H.G. Eldridge and they later moved to Tulsa, OK. They spent 11 happy years together sharing their common enjoyment of traveling and love of church-related activities before his death in 2004. She was a member of South Tulsa Baptist Church and the Kingdom Builders' Sunday School Class.

Ann was preceded in death by her parents, an infant son, 2 husbands, sister Dorothy MeGown and husband Xen MeGown, and daughter-in-law Sherry Wise. She is survived by daughter Melanie Wise Bigbie and husband Bane of Norman, OK; son Jim Wise of Okmulgee, OK; sister-in-law Dindy Foster; brother-in-law Chris Wise, grandchildren Nathan, Ben and Brett Bigbie, Brayden Buss and wife Lauren, Maddy, Will and Grant Wise; great-grandson Wyatt Buss; nephews Jeff MeGown, Steve MeGown and Gilbert York.
Equally special to Ann were stepsons Dr. David Eldridge and the late Richard Eldridge, along with their wives and families.

A memorial service for Ann will be held on Wednesday, July 27 at the First Baptist Church Okmulgee at 1:30 p.m. with Reverend Jerry Fielder and Reverend Brayden Buss officiating.

William Joseph Teale Jr. obit

William Joseph Teale III, a resident of Garland, Texas, passed from this life on Monday, July 25, 2016 in Okmulgee at the age of 76.  Bill was born on April 4, 1940 in Galveston County, Texas to William Joseph Teale Jr. and Georgia Pearl Kinser Teale.  

Bill grew up in Texas and attended High School at Texas City, Texas.   Following high school, Bill enlisted in the U.S. Army, where he faithfully served for over 20 years, including tours of duty in Viet Nam, before his retirement.  Bill met the love of his life, Danita Sue White, and they were married on March 22, 1967 in Yuma, Arizona.  They remained happily married for 36 years until her death in 2003.  Bill worked briefly in Sherman, Texas for Texas Instruments.  Bill returned to the Henryetta area and worked for approximately 20 years with the Schulter Public Schools System as a maintenance worker.  He loved children, was an active member of the Henryetta Church of Christ, and was an avid Oklahoma Sooners fan.  Bill enjoyed working in the garden and he was a longtime member of the Disabled American Veterans organization.  Bill was a loving son, brother, father, and grandfather and was loved by his friends and family.  

Bill is preceded in death by his mother and father; a brother, Phillip Teale; an infant brother, Ricky D. Teale; and his wife, Danita.

He is survived by a daughter, Kathryn Rowe and husband James of Garland, TX; a daughter, Megan White and fiance Cody Gasaway of Okmulgee, OK; a son, William J Teale, IV and wife Alisa of Fayetteville, NC; six grandchildren, Bailey Teale, Hannah Teale, and Samantha Teale, all of Fayetteville, NC, Trenton White, Milena White, and Waylon Gasaway of Okmulgee; by several nieces and nephews, other extended family, and many good friends.

Viewing for Bill will be held at Integrity Funeral Service on Thursday, July 28, 2016 from 1pm until 8pm.

A memorial service for Bill will be held on Friday, July 29, 2016 at 2:00pm at the Henryetta Church of Christ with Rex Walcher officiating.   Interment will follow at a later date at Salt Creek Cemetery under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service of Henryetta.

Jimmie Lee Alston, Sr obit

Jimmie Lee Alston, Sr, a longtime resident of Henryetta passed this life July 23, 2016 in Henryetta at the age of 69. He was born June 14, 1947 in Henryetta, Oklahoma to Herman Alston and Oleta (Saunders) Alston. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather who will be greatly missed.

He married Patricia Holt December 3, 1965 in Henryetta, Oklahoma.

Jimmie worked for the United States Postal Service for thirty-three years before retiring in 2011.  Upon retirement he enjoyed hunting, fishing, bowling, leathercraft and spending time with his family.

He is preceded in death by his father, Herman A. Alston.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia Alston of the home; His mother, Oleta Alston, a brother, Verdel Alston, two sons and a daughter, Jimmie Alston, Jr. & wife Ivey, Mike Alston & wife Wilma, Christine Key and husband Jody, nine grandchildren, and four great grandchildren, plus a host of other family and friends.

Viewing will begin on Tuesday from 5 - 8 pm, Wednesday 8 am- 8pm, Thursday from 8am until noon.

Pallbearers will be, Jimmie Black, Thomas Black, Cody Pruitt, Jody Key, Dalton Key & Larry Kennedy.  Honorary pallbearers will be Rusty Kellogg, Cody Kellogg, & Lloyd R. Holt.

A funeral services is scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Thursday, July 28, 2016 at the First Church of the Nazarene in Henryetta with Pastor Norman Wilkie, pastor of Spirit Filled Church in Tulsa officiating.  Interment will follow in Salt Creek Cemetery under direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
