This month's Okmulgee County Republicans meeting will feature State Question 777, which is related to Agriculture and has been dubbed the Right to Farm. Our guest speaker is Gage Milliman – East Field Representative for Oklahoma Farm Bureau. Gage, a former OSU extension agent for 9 years before joining the Farm Bureau, will be giving the reasons why the Oklahoma Farm Bureau is in support of this question. Also, Scott Fetgatter, candidate for State Representative District 16 will give us an update.
The general meeting begins at 7 p.m. in the Okmulgee Conference Room of the OSUIT Student Union located at 1801 E 4th Street in Okmulgee. The general meeting is open to the public. As a reminder, the county business meeting begins at 6:30 in the same room. We encourage all registered Republicans to attend this meeting to become more involved at the county level.
