Living Longer, Living Stronger with Chronic Conditions Workshop

Put Life Back in Your Life- Are you an adult with an ongoing health condition such as diabetes, arthritis, high blood pressure, heart disease, chronic pain, or lung disease? Are you caring for an adult with an ongoing health condition? The FREE Living Longer, Living Stronger With Chronic Conditions program can help you take charge of your life.

You will get the support you need, find practical ways to deal with pain and fatigue, discover better nutrition and exercise choices, understand new treatment options, and learn better ways to talk with your doctor and family about your health. Participants will also learn about resources and receive free materials every session to help them improve their health.

The workshop meets for 2 hours per week for 6 weeks on:

Mondays, November 9th-December 14th; 1:30-3:30 pm at the Okmulgee YMCA, 106 West 13th Street.
