The audience last night at the Miss Okmulgee County Scholarship Pageant 2014 saw Georgia Frazier being crowned Miss Okmulgee County and Elizabeth Ware crowned Miss Okmulgee County Outstanding Teen for 2014.

The annual pageant was held under the direction of Pageant Director Wade Hall and produced two top quality and very talented young ladies to represent Okmulgee County.  The competition was very strong in all categories and the judges had their hands full in picking the two winners.

In the end Georgia and Elizabeth rose to the top. Georgia thrilled the crowd with her great singing talent and Elizabeth wowed the audience with her upbeat violin playing (she later admitted her new found talent is only 11 months old).

The Miss Okmulgee County Court includes 1st Runner-Up Christine Williams and 2nd Runner-Up Jordan Smith  and Miss Outstanding Teen Royalty Court First Runner-Up was Courtney Tairent.

The journey participate in the 2014 Miss Oklahoma and Miss Oklahoma's Outstanding Teen pageants starts this Saturday night at the annual Miss Okmulgee County and Miss Okmulgee at the Henryetta High School Auditorium.  The pageant will begin at 7:00 PM.  

The contestants will compete in private interview, physical fitness (swim suit), talent, evening wear and on stage question.

Many talented past winners from Pageant Director Wade Hall, will be in attendance Saturday night.  Especially Miss Okmulgee County 2013 Tawnie Goodwin and Miss Okmulgee County's Outstanding Teen 2013 Caroline Friesenhahn.  Special guests are the current Miss Oklahoma, Kelsey Griswold and Miss Oklahoma's Outstanding Teen, Ashten Vincent.  They will also perform their talents for the pageant.

The Miss America Organization is one of the nation's leading achievement programs and the world's largest provider of scholarship assistance for young women. This is the goal of all the young women participating in this event.
